Delivery & Returns
Your order will be delivered within the given period you select at checkout, excluding our 48 hour processing period. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed. Delivery costs exclude potential costs incurred at the destinations customs unit.
Kindly consider that you may experience up to 1 weeks delay in delivery due to COVID-19.

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item you must be returned in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
To return an item/items request a return here. Once your return has been processed, we’ll send you a shipping label and details for return. An item/items sent back to us before submitting a return request cannot unfortunately be accepted as valid return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Accessories cannot be returned. We also unfortunately cannot accept returns on sales items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If it is deemed valid, your refund will be processed.
